I am looking form North America to Poland (Cell to Poland is much more than land line). Again VOIP, and NOT Vonage, their service is absolutly a nightmare! I will be using cell that has VOIP technology

Check out Onesuite VoIP service. It’s prepaid so you don’t have to sign up for any monthly plans. Rates are competitive and you can use any SIP based softphones (for mobile phones, you can use Fring, Nimbuzz or other softphones) or you can set it up on any unlocked ATA device.
