I have been trying to return my cell service back to a basic plan with no data. Just txting and talking ONLY. This is what happens when Greed is involved. I have talked with a supervisor "John", and his supervisor "Will" case # 14996056316. I gave them a deadline to trade my Epic phone for a flip phone. Will said "NO" to the trade. Let's see a $600 phone for a $75 phone. I would be taking a $525 beating, and Greed said NO! Thanks for viewing The Sprint Video, they do understand numbers. Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on The Sprint Rip Off. Sooner or later Sprint will review all these comments! There are never any winners in these matters, only unhappy customers, and sooner or later it will come back to haunt them. I want what is only fair, but they just want money! If this keeps one person from getting a smart phone I will have a smile on my face. If you are not a Sprint customer, check your bill, you probably are being over charged.
